The product was tested across the main signup, navigation, contact form and checkout flows on desktop and mobile. Eleven issues were found and documented below by severity: two high, four medium and five low. No critical issues were observed during this session. Two high-priority issues relate to mobile form submission and a misdirected pricing call-to-action.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Not sure what to test? Tell us what you're shipping and we'll help you choose – the first consultation is free.

Who is DayQA for?
Small businesses and teams shipping products: web and no-code agencies checking a site before client handoff, SaaS startups verifying new features, e-commerce stores testing checkout, indie founders before launch, and mobile teams validating key flows. If you're about to ship and want a second pair of eyes, DayQA is for you – and if you're not sure what to test, we'll help you choose for free.
Do I need an account to order an audit?
No. Just fill in the short booking form with your contact details and what to test. Accounts and dashboards are coming later – you can request early access.
How fast will I get my report?
Typically within 24–48 hours after payment and access are confirmed. Larger packages depend on scope, and urgent same-day delivery is available for an extra fee.
How does payment work?
After you submit a request, we confirm the scope and send a manual invoice. Payoneer is available for companies and international clients. Other payment options can be discussed case by case. Work begins once payment clears.
How do I share access to my product?
After payment we send a secure link (via a tool like 1Password or Bitwarden Send) where you provide test credentials – never in the booking form. Please share test accounts only, no real customer data. We delete all access after the report is delivered.
What does a QA audit include?
Focused manual testing of your key flows, then a clear report with tested areas, issues grouped by severity, reproduction steps, screenshots, risk notes and suggested fixes – reviewed by a human (AI-assisted) before delivery.
What's not included?
Security and performance testing aren't included unless requested, and an audit isn't a full regression. DayQA documents what was tested and found, but doesn't guarantee a product is free of all bugs and doesn't approve or block releases – the decision to ship is yours.
Can I request a retest after fixing bugs?
Yes. A retest after fixes is available at a separate fixed price, and you can add extra hours or an extra QA day to any order.
Is this an AI tool, or do actual people test my product?
Yes, actual people. Every audit is performed and reviewed by a human QA specialist – not an automated scan. We may use AI to help structure and speed up the report, but a person does the testing and signs off before delivery.
How do you vet your QA experts?
Each specialist goes through an interview, a CV / LinkedIn review and a sample bug-report check before joining. Their first audits with us are reviewed by the DayQA team, and every report is checked before it reaches you – so you get vetted specialists, not anonymous crowd testers.
Who performs the audit?
Every audit is handled by a vetted QA specialist and reviewed before delivery. Reports are written in English with clear severity, screenshots, repro steps and suggested fixes.
What if the report isn't what we agreed?
We confirm the scope in writing before invoicing, and we review every report before sending it. If a delivered report doesn't match the agreed scope, we'll review it and provide a corrected version – that's our scope guarantee. (We can't guarantee a product is bug-free, but we do guarantee the work matches what we agreed.)
When will accounts and dashboards be available?
We're validating with real audits first, then building the platform. Create your account now and you'll be among the first to get a client or QA dashboard.

The service

DayQA provides focused, manual QA audits. We test the agreed scope and deliver a written report documenting what was tested and what was found.
