Here's what teams who've tried DayQA told us.
The report was clear and actually actionable - severity, repro steps and a suggested fix for each issue. We caught a checkout bug before launch that would have cost us real orders.
Fast turnaround and a real human who understood the product. The PDF was clean enough to hand straight to our devs. Exactly what we needed before shipping.
They tested exactly the flows that mattered and flagged a mobile signup issue we'd completely missed. Clear communication the whole way through.
Great value for a pre-launch check. Fixed price, no back-and-forth, and the bug report was detailed enough that our devs knew exactly what to do.
Booked an audit on a Monday, had a full report by Wednesday. Found two issues in our onboarding that we'd have shipped without noticing. Worth every cent.
What I liked most was the honesty - no upselling, just a clear list of what was tested and what to fix. Felt like having a QA teammate for a day.
We used the Senior audit before a big release. The risk notes helped us prioritise and ship with a lot more confidence. Will book again next launch.
Clear communication and a genuinely useful report. The screenshots for each bug saved our devs a ton of time reproducing them.

Two high-priority issues relate to mobile form submission and a misdirected 'Buy now' button.

DayQA provides focused, manual QA audits. We test the agreed scope and deliver a written report documenting what was tested and what was found.
By requesting an audit, you confirm you own the product or are authorized to request testing of it, and that you'll provide test credentials only - not real customer data or sensitive production access.
DayQA documents quality; it does not guarantee a product is free of all bugs and does not approve or block any release. The decision to ship always remains with you, based on the findings and your own risk tolerance. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the audit.
Security testing, performance/load testing and full regression are out of scope unless explicitly agreed. Each package covers a defined number of flows and devices, described on the Pricing page.
Refunds are covered in full on our dedicated Refund Policy page.

A DayQA audit is a bespoke service performed by a QA specialist. We want every client to feel the work was fair, so our refund terms are set out plainly below.
If you cancel before we have started testing, you receive a full refund, no questions asked.
If we are unable to deliver an audit you have paid for, you receive a full refund of the amount paid.
We confirm the scope of every audit with you in writing before invoicing. If a delivered report does not match that agreed scope, we will correct it at no extra cost, or refund the amount paid for the part we could not deliver.
Once a completed report has been delivered, the service has been performed and the work is generally non-refundable. If you believe there is a genuine problem with the delivered work, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will review it in good faith and put it right where we reasonably can.
