Not sure what to test? Tell us what you're shipping and we'll help you choose - the first consultation is free.
Who is DayQA for?
Small businesses and teams shipping products: web and no-code agencies checking a site before client handoff, SaaS startups verifying new features, e-commerce stores testing checkout, indie founders before launch, and mobile teams validating key flows. If you're about to ship and want a second pair of eyes, DayQA is for you - and if you're not sure what to test, we'll help you choose for free.
Do I need an account to order an audit?
No. Just fill in the short booking form with your contact details and what to test - no account is required.
How fast will I get my report?
Typically within 24-48 hours after payment and access are confirmed. Larger packages depend on scope. Need it faster? Tell us in the form and we will quote a rush turnaround.
How does payment work?
After you submit a request, we confirm the scope and send an invoice. Payoneer is available for companies and international clients. Other payment options can be discussed case by case. Once payment clears you share test access via a secure link, and we deliver your report in 24-48h.
How do I share access to my product?
You have two safe options, and we never collect credentials in the booking form. Preferred: create a temporary test account on your staging or test environment and reply with the login - that way we never touch real user data, and you can remove the access the moment the audit is done. Or: send credentials through a one-time secret link (a tool like onetimesecret.com, 1Password or Bitwarden "Send") that self-destructs after we open it. Please share test accounts only, no real customer data, and never plain-text passwords. We delete all access once the report is delivered.
What does a QA audit include?
Focused manual testing of your key flows, then a clear report with tested areas, issues grouped by severity, reproduction steps, screenshots, risk notes and suggested fixes - reviewed by a human before delivery.
What's not included?
An audit focuses on your key user flows rather than a full regression, and security or performance testing can be added any time on request. You get a clear, honest report of what we tested and found, so your team can ship with confidence - the final decision to release is always yours.
Can I request a retest after fixing bugs?
Yes. A retest after fixes is available at a separate fixed price - just tell us what changed and we will quote it.
Is this an AI tool, or do actual people test my product?
Yes - real QA specialists, powered with AI. The AI handles the mechanical checks and gathers evidence; a specialist verifies every finding, rules out false positives and signs off before you get the report. AI speed, human judgment - not a blind automated scan.
How do you vet your QA experts?
Each specialist goes through an interview, a CV / LinkedIn review and a sample bug-report check before joining, then completes a mandatory two-week DayQA training on how we run audits and write reports. Their first audits with us are reviewed by the DayQA team, and every report is checked before it reaches you - so you get vetted specialists, not anonymous crowd testers.
Who performs the audit?
Every audit is handled by a vetted QA specialist and reviewed before delivery. Reports are written in English with clear severity, screenshots, repro steps and suggested fixes.
What if the report isn't what we agreed?
We confirm the scope in writing before invoicing, and we review every report before sending it. If a delivered report doesn't match the agreed scope, we'll review it and provide a corrected version - that's our scope guarantee. You can always count on the work matching exactly what we agreed together.
